Cancellations made 24+ hours before the rental time receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time are non‑refundable.
Failure to sign the agreement 24 hours prior is treated as a same‑day cancellation and is non‑refundable.
No refunds for no‑shows.
Self‑service pickup is available at the time selected during booking.
Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged before the event date.
Items will not be released or delivered without a signed agreement on file.
Missed pickup or delivery windows may result in additional fees.
Items must be returned on time and in the same condition they were received.
Late returns incur a $15 per hour late fee.
Missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
Items must be returned clean. If items are returned dirty, a $30 cleaning fee will be charged.
The deposit does not necessarily cover cleaning fees. Your credit card on file may be charged for any cleaning, damage, or replacement costs.
The renter is responsible for:
Damage to any rental item
Lost or stolen items
Missing parts or accessories
Replacement costs for items that cannot be repaired
Charges will be applied to the card on file, regardless of deposit amount.
